Before contacting the Office of Financial Aid, please review the following information regarding 2024-25 FAFSAs:
Due to nationwide software delays impacting CSU's ability to process 2024-25 FAFSA forms, RAMweb accounts may incorrectly display a message requesting students to complete a FAFSA even if they have already done so. CSU will notify students via email in the coming weeks once forms have been received and processed.
Until CSU receives students’ FAFSA information, the Office of Financial Aid will be unable to answer questions related to 2024-25 aid eligibility or status.
Students who need to make corrections to their form will be able to do so later in March.
Thank you for your patience as we begin processing 2024-25 FAFSAs.
If you have questions about a past due balance that has been assigned to collections, please reach out to Special Assets. Special Assets is the internal collections department for CSU:
