- You may cancel all or a portion of your loan before it has paid to your or your CSU student account.
- Once your loan has paid into your or your student’s University account (in the case of a Parent PLUS loan) it can be cancelled or reduced within 14 days from the date of disbursement. You must complete and submit a borrower loan cancellation form to request this.
- Cancellation or reduction to your loan may result in a balance being owed to the University, which will be due immediately. Failure to pay a balance owed to your University account could result in late fee’s and prevent future enrollment.
