Has your parent (s) or other relative set up a college savings plan for you, sometimes known as a 529 plan?

Colorado State University accepts payments from various prepaid college savings accounts such as Florida Prepaid Tuition Fund, Texas Guaranteed, and College Illinois. We do not invoice these programs because the programs are unable to pay our Third Party Sponsor billing fee.

Here are the steps you must follow each semester to receive your funds from your college savings plan.

• Send your billing statement from CSU to your college savings plan provider. To print an itemized detail of your bill, including tuition and fees, navigate to the billing page of RAMweb or FAMweb. You may select “Current and Past Billing Statements” or “Up-To-Date Account Activity” to view your billing statement.
• Your billing statement is typically available on RAMweb and FAMweb in mid-August for the fall semester and mid-January for the spring semester.
• Login to RAMweb to provide your college savings provider with the number of credits you are enrolled in for the semester. Under Registration, select My Weekly Class Schedule and the appropriate term.
• Notify the Office of Financial Aid if these funds have been requested and may arrive late.
